Mr. Levy has over 20 years experience in providing financial and management consulting services to the retail industry. Mr. Levy has serviced both public and private companies, as well as directed internal staffs and project teams, coordinating manpower, material, and financial resources. He also has extensive experience in financial planning, treasury, controllership, and audit management. Mr. Levy has evaluated, designed, and implemented internal control programs for the retail automobile industry. He has authored several courses on management techniques.

Mr. Levy has performed internal audits and numerous evaluations of systems controls along with providing recommended implementation procedures. In addition, he has performed due diligence and portfolio analysis for numerous factories, banks, and lending institutions regarding lease portfolio valuations, dealership valuations, acquisitions, syndication, and bankruptcy workouts and liquidations.
