Practice Strengths

Mr. Conrad specializes in providing mediation, strategic consulting, insolvency, arbitration, and bankruptcy tax services to a variety of parties including lawyers, the courts, start-up and troubled businesses, international government, and banking organizations. He also has extensive experience servicing clients in Chapter 11 operating trusteeships, examiner roles, and risk management. Mr. Conrad's expertise also extends internationally. He is a key U.S. liaison for cross-border bankruptcies and insolvencies and is experienced in European Union law.

As a former United States Bankruptcy Judge, Mr. Conrad presided over insolvency, bankruptcy, and reorganization cases that covered a wide range of industries and businesses. Mr. Conrad performed widespread work overseas facilitating the privatization and modernization of economies by drafting and revising debtor-creditor insolvency laws in several European countries.
