Practice Strengths
Mr. Levin possesses more than 25 years experience with international and domestic tax issues, and international mergers, acquisitions, and securitizations. He has represented companies, such as CapMAC, Colgate-Palmolive, Daimler-Chrysler, Oxford Leasing, and Siemens, and individuals on federal, state, local, and international matters. He has worked in the Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service, as well as with some renowned tax consulting organizations. Mr. Levin has spoken on tax issues throughout the United States and Europe. He has also been involved with restructuring and acquisition issues in Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom
