As the partner- in-charge of the services to lenders group, Mr. Pogrob has many years of experience in providing services to the lending community. He assists lenders in making credit decisions and monitoring their customers' financial and operational performance.
His experience includes both new and recurring examinations conducted on behalf of commercial banks, asset-based lenders, factors and security houses. He has diverse industry experience and has assisted lenders in structuring new loans, DIP financing and workout arrangements.
