Practice Strengths

Mr. Blake provides auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to mid-size manufacturing, distribution and importing companies in various industries, including: food, house hold products, house wares, apparel and textiles, cosmetics and perfumes, pharmaceutical products, containers, fuel and industrial machinery. He also works in the retail sector with single store operators to entities with multiple locations, as well as with companies in the construction and publishing sectors. Mr. Blake has experience in both corporate and personal taxation and in providing auditing and consulting services to pension plans.

Mr. Blake has assisted clients in mergers and acquisitions, both on the buy and sale side of transactions. In addition, he has performed consulting services in the areas of cost management, inventory management, profitability studies, process reviews, forecasting and strategic planning.
