Mr. Ichart concentrates in the areas of real estate, construction, petroleum, and wholesale/distribution. He has more than 20 years of experience with Weiser. His various real estate clients have included developers/owners/ operators of office buildings, residential apartment buildings, properties governed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), gasoline service stations, health related facilities, co-ops, condominiums, shopping centers, and residential homebuilders. Mr. Ichart assists in the firm's Technical Services Group and his specialized experience includes succession planning, business financing, business valuation, litigation support, divorce planning, HUD properties, environmental related accounting issues, and negotiation with lenders. Mr. Ichart has extensive experience in income taxation.
