Steven specializes in leading financial accounting due diligence on behalf of private equity groups, corporations, management teams (MBOs) and providers of alternative financing including mezzanine debt. His experience includes standalone platform buyouts, add-on acquisitions, carveouts, and minority and growth equity investments.

Steven has expertise in assessing quality of earnings, evaluating management’s projections, analyzing cash flows and working capital, assessing post-acquisition cash requirements, and GAAP compliance. He is also experienced in assessing collateral values for various types of financing transactions on behalf of the lending community and is also a member of the Mazars global Corporate Finance Group.
