Mark possesses more than 20 years experience in providing audit, accounting, and tax services to clients in the financial service and broker dealer industry. This includes the filing of the annual audited financial statements for his broker-dealer clients so that they may meet their regulatory reporting requirements. In addition, Mark also specializes in the real estate industry, where he provides audit, accounting and tax services to owners of commercial and residential real estate.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, and is also Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He specializes in the preparation and review of business valuation reports for estate and gift tax purposes, as well as for financial reporting purposes.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
