Harry specializes in providing litigation support and business valuation services. Along with due diligence and analysis of financial information, he is an expert in forensic accounting, bankruptcy and insolvency, and securitization issues. He currently assists over 15 financial institutions and investment firms in assessing credit risk and making credit decisions, monitoring their customers’ financial and operational performance as well as their customers’ compliance with their covenants, contracts, and policies. Harry has represented financial institutions and law firms in bankruptcy and fraud cases as well as other forensic accounting matters. In addition, Harry evaluates accounting systems, identifying weaknesses, and recommending improvements. Harry has acted as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration.
