David provides audit and accounting services, as well as tax and corporate finance services, to middle market businesses, both public and privately owned. David has over 25 years of experience in the public accounting sector, practicing in areas such as financial reporting and taxation services and corporate finance services. In addition, David has advised clients on the accounting and tax implications of mergers and acquisitions and has assisted in business restructurings. A member of the firm’s Group Executive Board, David also serves on the Weiser Accounting & Auditing Standards Committee and is Chairman of the firm’s SEC Practice Group..
