Bruce has more than 30 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to clients and is responsible for all phases of client relationships including coordination of audit and review engagements, and tax and management consulting services for both public and non-public companies. In addition to managing complex audit and tax engagements, Bruce works closely with clients in tax planning, restructuring, workouts, and acquisition/disposition situations.
