Bernard has extensive forensic experience in the jewelry industry and has rendered services to various lending institutions. As a result of these forensic reviews, the institutions have been able to recover from their borrower and insurance carriers significant portions of their loans. In some instances, the perpetrators have been prosecuted and incarcerated.
Bernard’s experience also covers a broad range of other industries, from manufacturing to healthcare, with emphasis on strategic and operational investigations, restructuring troubled companies, maximizing the efficiency and profits of companies, and corporate reorganizations. Bernard is also an attorney and has acted as an expert witness in many cases.
