Arthur is partner-in-charge of textile rental services at WeiserMazars and has extensive experience in cost studies and profitability analyses for textile rental companies. He has been the audit partner representing numerous clients in the textile rental industry and has guided textile rental companies throughout the United States. Arthur developed the TRSA publication Profitability by Account, the industry standard for determining the profitability of each customer. In this connection, he also developed ProfitPoint software for determining Profitability by Account. Arthur is also experienced in providing textile rental companies with consulting relating to business valuations, succession planning, tax planning, litigation support, tax exams, etc. Arthur is experienced at finding buyers, negotiating and structuring deals, arranging financing, preparing proformas and due diligence services in connection with acquisitions. He also facilitates the WeiserMazars Profit Groups, cost groups comprised of non-competitor textile rental operators throughout the United States.
